Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Manager of Revenue Management Systems for our Revenue Management group, where you’ll join a strategic team of field professionals who love what they do. The Role

The Manager of Revenue Management Systems serves as a key liaison between Global Revenue Management Leadership and vendor partners, ensuring that Hyatt’s tools are aligned with the needs of Directors of Revenue Management, Central Revenue Managers, and related teams. Additional responsibilities include:

•Leading cross-functional teams in implementing systems and practice changes to achieve Revenue Management corporate objectives

•Partnering with vendors in supporting Hyatt and franchise partner colleagues in their effective use of Hyatt’s Revenue Management platforms

•Demonstrating strong analytical skills with data and systems

•Structuring and solving problems

•Supporting Revenue Management’s Education and Tier 1 Support colleagues

•Evaluating the feasibility of solutions for business needs

•Participating in functionality design and review in Revenue technologies

Qualifications

Experience Required:

•4+ years of pricing and/or revenue management systems experience in the Hospitality industry or other equivalent business/ function role

Experience Preferred:

•Bachelor’s degree required; preference is given to analytical, technical, or management areas of concentration

•Preference is given to IDeaS Revenue Solutions Certification and integrations experience

•Experience with IDeaS G3 and RevPlan; Synxis; Opera; Revenue Strategy 360

The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
