Reporting to the Director Continuous Improvement - Capability, you will be an enterprise-level leader within the Manufacturing Excellence Team. You will partner with manufacturing sites and other SMEs within the ME functions to eliminate loss and deliver business results.
You Will:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve manufacturing results using Leadership tools, systems, and methodologies (Site Master Planning, Daily Direction Setting, Strategy Development and Deployment, High Performance Organization)
- Evaluate and improve Leadership tools, systems, and methodologies to build effective leaders at all levels and a continuous improvement culture
- Transform ways of working to leverage technology and digital solutions that deliver results with agility
- This role must command the skills necessary to engage the manufacturing sites and be able to work with other functions of the Manufacturing Excellence team
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 7 years manufacturing experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) based continuous improvement of at least 7 years preferred
- Experience coaching and teaching employees at all levels within manufacturing site(s) on how to implement and use CI tools and processes
- Experience leading projects and resources at scalable level for the organization
- Experience managing by influence in a matrix organization
- Presentation skills and can communicate with senior level management
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally and hold individuals accountable
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and PowerBI
- Plant experience utilizing and leading continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility
- Able to analyze data and communicate loss opportunities to cross-functional teams for multiple loss areas within a manufacturing facility
- Travel of up to 75% is required
- This position is located in Omaha NE, Chicago IL, select field locations or remote locations east of Denver, CO and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport

Compensation:
Pay Range:$107,000-$156,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
