We're seeking experienced and driven Maintenance Technicians to join a thriving manufacturing team. This temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for individuals passionate about mechanical troubleshooting, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program for all machinery.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and CNC equipment.
Maintain detailed maintenance history records, including parts used and repairs completed.
Diagnose issues across CNC routers, turret machines, punch presses, brakes, and shears.
Operate forklifts and scissor-lifts (certification/training provided if needed).
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely repairs.
Support a culture of safety, following all company, state, and OSHA regulations.
Promote continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations.

What You Bring:

2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of mechanical, CNC, and electrical systems.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible hours.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Valid driver's license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid computer literacy.
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Lean manufacturing experience is preferred.

Education
* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
