Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $22.14
The current full hourly range for this position is $22.14 - $24.41

You’ll be a part of a hardworking, knowledgeable and fun team who love their jobs. This position is predominantly at our production greenhouses and will be assist with watering, transplanting, propagation, planting, pruning, moving plants and other general plant and greenhouse maintenance. You’ll help with plant deliveries to and from the WW Seymour Conservatory and other locations. You’ll also have an opportunity to plant annualsand perennials at the Conservatory, assist with set up at the Pt. Defiance Flower and Garden Festival and more! The Greenhouse work environment is hot and humid.
