Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate/Consult/Maximize Account Engagement:
- Work synergistically with WWT account teams and sales units to probe, qualify, and secure business opportunities across traditional and advanced networking sectors.
- Support and educate others within the organizations in the areas of your expertise.
- Build relationships across the organization to deliver cross-functional solutions, including participants from Consulting Services, Application Services, Professional Services, etc.
- Deliver analytical solid, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills and practical interpersonal and communication skills to ensure successful client projects & team performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the practice area, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and client targeting.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the practice team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and aligning consulting services to address business challenges.
Design/Documentation:
- Design solutions and service offerings.
- Develop playbooks, roadmaps, and deliverable templates to utilized by the WWT M&A Team to deliver consistent deliverables and timelines.
- Craft compelling proposals that highlight immediate solutions and long-term strategies centered on network transformation.
End-to-End Solution Management/Delivery:
- Implement solutions and service offerings at customer sites locally, regionally, and nationally, as well as provide feedback for improvement.
- Work as part of a core team serving WWT's customers, including Consulting Services, Engagement Managers, Enterprise Architects, Managing Directors, and Account Managers contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
- Actively pursue business opportunities at large, complex customers; work with clients and internal WWT Teams to develop and negotiate statements of work, including project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and delivery of value-added solutions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, including resource allocation, project oversight, and financial performance.
- Ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
Thought Leadership:
- Become a trusted resource for WWT in your field of expertise.
- Help to motivate the organization to improve and identify inefficiencies that may prohibit progress continuously.
- Create value, build knowledge, and have bold visions that progress the organization forward at scale.
- Utilize metrics, analytics, and other reliable data sources to enhance decision-making.
- Work cross-functional with various teams and critical stakeholders to achieve scalable solutions.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture internal relationships with the goal of strong collaboration across multiple teams in WWT.
- Demonstrate servant leader mentality by being a motivational/coaching leader to aid in maximizing team performance.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS required
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing consulting practices.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills to inspire teams, drive results, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles, financial management, and market dynamics in the consulting industry.
- Client Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and market trends.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Expertise in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures: At least 10 years of experience focused on the technology portion of complex M&A transactions, with work on Integration, plans, transaction plans, and transition services agreements.
- Track record in creating and closing opportunities.
- Financial Acumen: Expert proficiency in financial modeling, including CAPEX/OPEX calculations for IT and performing synergy analysis.
- Commercial Models: Experience in structuring deals that incorporate M&A IT, including building staffing models, SOWs, and financial tracking.
- Communication Skills: High proficiency in articulating complex network solutions to technical and non-technical senior executives.
- Willing to travel 30-40%
- Fluent understanding of Agile and ITIL
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail
- Independent and self-motivated and comprehensive worker
- Troubleshooting skills (patience and determination to find and solve problems)
