Who we are looking for:

*Compassionate individual to assist patients on their journey to beautiful smiles

*Previous customer service, financial or front desk experience a plus

*Enthusiastic team player

*Bi-lingual (Spanish)

*Excellent and compassionate communication skills

*Previous experience in orthodontics is a big plus.

*Efficient multi-tasker

*Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills

*Excellent computer skills to manage patient flow

Duties include but are not limited to:

*Working as part of a team to provide an excellent patient experience.

*Answer incoming calls from patients regarding appointments or finance account

*Call/schedule appointments for new and existing patients

*Assist with baking cookies!
