As a Loan Client Service Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service to our commercial and consumer loan clients by performing a variety of duties which include processing all escrow duties including distributions for taxes and insurance, performing escrow analysis and manage the insurance exceptions. You will also be responsible for tracking to ensure taxes are paid on our non-escrowed properties. As a Loan Client Services Associate you will also assist with monitoring emails and phone calls from our internal teams as well as external clients on loan related questions and requests.  

Essential skills include: efficiently switch between tasks; organizing and prioritizing workflow to meet deadlines; clear and  affective communication, especially via phone and email; and the curiosity and drive to find information. People with the ability to maximize efficiency and productivity, while maintaining high standards of work enjoy working in this department. Wages start at $18 to $21 per hour based on experience. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
