Content Specialist V

Position Overview
The Content Specialist V will play a critical role in designing and developing high-quality instructional content for various learning initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to enhance learning experiences through innovative content strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging instructional content for various learning platforms.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training materials.
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and deliver training content.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance learner engagement.
Incorporate AI tools and strategies to improve content delivery and learner experience.
Evaluate and analyze content effectiveness, making improvements as necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends in instructional design and learning technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design or content development.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Demonstrated experience with AI applications in instructional design.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
