Atlantic Lifeguard Alliance (A.L.A.) is hiring motivated beach and pool lifeguards for the 2025 summer season!

As a member of A.L.A., you’ll be part of a dedicated team that values public service, and water safety. We are committed to developing the next generation of professional rescuers by offering free certifications, internship opportunities, and invaluable life experience to build on.

Where We're Located:

• Long Branch/Elberon (Pool and/or Beach Positions)
• Brick/Mantoloking (Beach Positions)
• Ortley/Seaside Heights (Beach Positions)

What We Offer:

• Great pay: $17.00–$22.00 an hour based on experience
• Free Certifications: American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR, Advanced First Aid
