Position Type:Part-Time
Wages:$28 - $30 per hour based on experience
Location:1100 1st Street SE, New Prague, MN 56071
Shifts Available:
- Days (AM) (No Weekends, Evenings, or On-Call!)
- Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
- Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
- Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
- Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
- Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
- Documents care using electronic charting systems.
- Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Current Minnesota LPNlicense in good standing.
- Prior experience working in an Assisted Living setting preferred.
- Eldermark experience is a plus!
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
