Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. This is a sales/service (hybrid) role that requires an active Property and Casualty license.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements:

Property & Casualty license (required)
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred)
Prior State Farm experience a plus!
Insurance Sales Experience preferred
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
