We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Lead Machine Operator to keep our production lines running strong and our team performing at their best. If you’ve got experience in food manufacturing and a passion for precision, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead your team on the production line—operating key machines like extractors, infusers, filters, evaporators, and dryers
- Monitor product specs and quality; review logs and work with QA to ensure compliance
- Run daily shift meetings to align on production plans and performance goals
- Train and guide operators on procedures, safety, and product handling techniques
- Validate and implement SOPs to ensure smooth, consistent production
- Oversee equipment sanitation and CIP processes—ensuring proper times, temps, and documentation
- Perform startups, shutdowns, drumming, troubleshooting, and everything in between
- Promote a culture of safety and quality across your team
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of machine operating experience in a food manufacturing environment
- 1+ year of leadership/supervisory experience
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and GMP practices
- Comfortable lifting/pushing/pulling 20–30 lbs regularly
- Experience with HMI systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills, a team-first mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement
