Full Job Description
Summary: To provide assistance to the Gallery Supervisor in the daily operations of the Museum.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist Gallery Supervisor with daily functions
• Assist with roll calls and inspections
• Make Gallery Supervisor aware of scheduling needs on a daily basis
• Prepare the daily schedule from the monthly master schedule
• Provide training for new attendants
• Maintain and distribute radios to new staff
• Maintain inventory and distribute uniforms to new staff
• Act as Gallery Supervisor on as needed basis
• Must be available for evening events staying through “load out” of rental equipment.
Qualifications: High school diploma required. Some college and a minimum of 1-year related experience is preferred. Must be able to communicate in a clear, polite and courteous manner. Must be able to complete written reports. Computer skills are required. Must be able to work flexible schedules and hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Attendance must be reliable and punctual.
Additional Details:
Minimum of Range: $18.03/hour
Status: Regular full-time (40 hours/week)
