Job Description:
Exciting opportunity for a Lab Technician to join a growing Food & Beverage company in the Northeast Philadelphia area.
This is a great way to gain valuable “hands on” laboratory experience in the Food Industry.
The Lab Technician will be responsible for:
- QC testing on products (pH, BRIX, Gram staining, fat analysis, etc.)
- Pulling production samples
- Calibrating and Troubleshooting instruments
- Adhering to all GMP standards
- Completing documentation
- Maintaining inventory and supplies
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Biology or Science related field
