Job Title: Java Developer

Job Location: Seattle, WA

Pay Range: $55/hr to $60/hr

Job Description:

• Looking for strong Full Stack Engineers with expertise in Java or Python, react.js and AWS services (Lambda, API gateways, etc.)
  Strong technical background is important to this team
• Candidates need to be able to clearly communicate their past experiences
• Candidates need to be willing to solve problem and not be afraid to share their opinions/ideas
• Years of experience are not important to this team; they care more about an engineer being strong technically in Java. The ideal candidate must also have a strong willingness to learn. The team is made up of 8 other developers, and this will be able highly coachable environment to learn and grow.
• Strong communication. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively amongst team members in a highly collaborative and innovative environment. Lead has vetted strong developers but not all have been strong communicators.
• Complex problem solver. Team lead describe this as not only knowing how to do something but also why it is being done. In addition, being able to communicate the what (the problem), how (how to fix the problem) and why (what is causing the problem and on a larger scale, what is the bigger impact to the end user/customer).
