A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow HRSD Data Analyst

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Davidson, North Carolina

As a ServiceNow HRSD Data Analyst, you will:
  • Build and optimize ServiceNow dashboards and reports.
  • Leverage ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting to provide insights into HR operations, service efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Specialization in business analytics, data science, and human resources is desirable.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting .
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist - Platform Analytics (CIS-PA) certifications are a plus.
  • ServiceNow Reporting & Performance Analytics Configuration
  • Data visualization
  • Data analysis and interpretation
  • Understanding of HR metrics and reporting best practices
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Detailed documentation

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with data visualization, HR technology, and business intelligence, ensuring our HR teams have the right data to drive decision-making.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist - Platform Analytics (CIS-PA) certifications are a plus.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and build ServiceNow HRSD dashboards to track key HR service metrics.
  • Report Creation & Automation: Develop and automate standard and ad hoc HR reports for case management, SLA tracking, and employee experience.
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Review and streamline existing ServiceNow HRSD dashboards, retiring outdated, redundant, or unused reports to improve system performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
  • Support HRSD administrative operations by assisting the Knowledge Manager and Service Delivery Manager with routine platform tasks, including:
  • Updating and organizing knowledge articles, categories, and workflows.
  • Reviewing article feedback and usage analytics to inform improvements.
  • Managing service configurations, continuous improvement submissions, and workflow updates.
  • Assisting with user role management, permissions, and compliance tasks.
  • Collaborating with administrators to troubleshoot issues and optimize HRSD processes.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
