Job Title: IT Business Partner Manager
Job Duties: Toyota Material Handling, Inc. seeks an IT Business Partner Manager in Columbus, IN to work with the Digital Architecture team to map business strategies into IT strategies. Envision the architecture roadmap including On Prem vs Cloud and migration strategy. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and pain points and identify opportunities for digital transformation. Work from multiple platforms including Palantir, Microsoft Business Applications, Azure, SAP, Mergurygate TMS, integration/interfaces, and in-house built solutions. Lead a team of Engineers in developing AI/ML solutions for our Internal and External customers. Work with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to design and implement AI/ML models to solve business problems. Develop a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from future to current state. Monitor current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application or through misalignment with business requirements. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, including negotiating contracts and executing large-scale enterprise IT projects. Oversee activities related to research, technical ideations, modeling, visualization, and communication of IT Enterprise solutions across projects and technology solutions. Telecommuting available up to two days per week. Annual salary: $150,613 to $185,490.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in business, information science, computer science, computer engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, system analysis, or a related field plus 3 years (or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 progressive years) of business analysis and planning experience. Must have at least 3 years of experience with each of the following: At least three of the following: business information systems, solution architecture, technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management, or operations in a multitier environment; Integrating cross-corporate processes, technologies, and data models; Automating tasks using Python; Project Management; and IT infrastructure and operations best practices. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
