Position Summary:
The IT Business Analyst Intern will grow into a Business Innovation and Transformation Analyst (BITS) within the group.
Essential Position Duties:
In this role you will perform functions including:
- Work with Business Leaders/Managers to understand the Departmental Business Strategy for the next 5 years
- Ideate and come up with a business use case with ROI (Return On Investment), NPV (Net Present Value), Value realization, and strategic intent
- Research and consult Gartner, IDC, Forrester, and other industry sources to develop a technology road map.
- Hopper the idea in the DPM (Demand Planning and Management) tool.
- Bring the Ideas to the Technology Guilds
- Review with PMO (Project Management Office), Enterprise, and Solution architecture team for Tech Road map
- Help Enterprise Architecture develop TMHTRM (TMH Tech Road Map)
- Help Solution architecture maintain APM (Application Portfolio Management) Tool
Education & Experience:
- Someone coming from a university program focusing on in Information Technology, Computer science or related fields
- Combine intellectual curiosity with creativity to turn bright ideas into brighter solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
