Full Job Description

Your Role: Aligns with the Business Relationship Management (BRM) function within Enterprise Data and Corporate Application Services (EDCA). Creates, modifies and maintains functional and non-functional requirements for system enhancements, upgrades and new functionality. (Non-functional requirements are system requirements related to the hardware/software environment in which the application will operate but are not part of the actual business function(s) performed by the application).
Your work:
The IT Analyst III liaisons with Stakeholders to understand / refine requirements, benefits and priorities of requests. Creates process and system workflows and facilitates working sessions with stakeholders for validation. Partners with and provides support to stakeholders and Agile Scrum team throughout the SDLC in understanding and clarifying the requirements under examination.
Essential Functions / Principal Responsibilities
• Work closely with business units to understand their needs, collect business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provides subject matter expertise to project stakeholders (customers and IT) on IT capabilities and applicability to meet business objectives.
• Involved in the full systems life cycle for moderate to large sized projects and partners with stakeholders to maintain focus and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Serve as a go-to resource for business stakeholders, providing in-depth knowledge of the applications and platforms.
• Develop and maintain clear and concise technical specifications and documentation.
• Works in conjunction with QA Lead to validate testing documentation.
• Organize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to ensure the solution meets user expectations.
• Validate that the final product meets the business requirements and delivers the expected outcomes.
Required Experience, Education and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years System documentation experience and/or technical writing
