Material Handler – Multiple Shifts

Location: Everett, WA

Pay Rate: $23/hr

Contract Duration: 9 months

Shift Options:

• Sunday–Wednesday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Wednesday–Saturday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Sunday-Wednesday 7:00am-5:30pm
• Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm
• Wednesday-Saturday 7:00am-5:30pm

Export Control Requirement:

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently handle materials for both production and development.
• Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems for virtual material transactions.
• Document system issues and process inefficiencies; collaborate with quality control, purchasing, and other departments to resolve them.
• Physically and virtually move materials between sites.
• Identify training needs and assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
• Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards by following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve work blockers, escalating when necessary.
• Learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
• Contribute to the improvement of SOPs and safety procedures.

Join the team and become a key player in supporting our satellite production operations. You’ll collaborate with procurement, planning, quality, and EHS teams to ensure smooth material flow. This role is ideal for detail-oriented problem solvers who thrive in dynamic warehouse environments. You’ll begin in one of the following areas—Receive, Put-Away, Pick, or Kit and grow into broader responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
• Highly organized, self-starter with proficiency in business software (e.g., Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
