Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Sales Enablement Intern to support the Berlin Packaging team by assisting with the execution of Sales Enablement programs and other cross-functional initiatives. This role requires a versatile skill set and a proactive, hands-on approach to a variety of projects and operational tasks.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support a broad range of Sales Enablement initiatives, including content development for myBerlin, the company store, tradeshows, associations, and special events.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials and communications; includes preparing and shipping sales mailers.
- Help maintain and update the Sales Enablement site on the company intranet.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of enablement campaigns and related assets.
- Assist with the development of custom sales presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader company goals and strategic initiatives.
- Consistently demonstrate and uphold Berlin Packaging’s core values.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Current student or recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Energetic, resourceful, and results-oriented, with a team-first mindset and service-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to lift and move boxes as needed for project support.

- Hybrid work schedule at our Corporate headquarters office in Chicago, IL.
