JOB SUMMARY

We’re hiring for our summer internship program seeking leading talent that shares our passion of purpose, innovation and creation. Join the Operations team as an intern supporting the operations of our Fabrication Manufacturing facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist operational supervisors within the facility to achieve increased output
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Assist in implementation of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue.
  • Assist in organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES FOR SUCCESS

  • Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
  • Ability to adhere to production processes

BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Currently enrolled in a related degree program such as Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the start of the internship assignment
  • All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
