We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Interactive Web Producer to lead and coordinate digital initiatives across a team of 27 creative professionals. This role is pivotal in translating creative vision into seamless, interactive web experiences that align with brand goals and user needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong grasp of digital production workflows, web asset production , cross-functional communication, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

– Strategic Leadership:
– Drive the planning and execution of interactive web projects from concept to launch.
– Collaborate with creative directors, designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.
– Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within digital production.

– Project Management:
– Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

– Team Collaboration & Communication:
– Serve as the central point of contact between creative, technical, and marketing teams.
– Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans.
– Foster a collaborative environment that encourages feedback, iteration, and shared success.

– Technology & Platform Expertise:
– Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance production efficiency and creative output.
– Work fluently across web platforms.

– Stay current with emerging technologies and digital trends to inform strategy and execution.

– Quality Control:
– Oversee testing and QC processes to ensure functionality, responsiveness, DEI, and accessibility.
– Maintain high standards for usability, performance, and brand consistency.

Qualifications

– 5+ years of experience in digital production, web project management, or interactive media.
– Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a creative environment.
– Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, analytics tools).
– Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative workflows.

– Proactive and resourceful thinker, creating new ideas and thinking strategically.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

– Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, and project management tools.
– A passion for learning about, using, and educating others about AI tools.
– Background in UX/UI principles and responsive design.
