Job Title: Integration Developer (Workday)
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Workday to support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and external/internal systems. This role will primarily focus on integrations related to Workday HCM and Workday Financials (FIN).
Key Responsibilities:
•Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday HCM/FIN and other business systems.
•Utilize Workday Studio to develop complex custom integrations.
•Configure and manage Workday Core Connectors and related integration tools.
•Collaborate with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•Troubleshoot, test, and optimize integration solutions to ensure data integrity and system performance.
•Document integration processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders as needed.
Required Qualifications:
•Proven experience developing integrations to/from Workday HCM and Workday Financials.
•Strong proficiency with Workday Studio.
•Experience with setting up and managing Workday Core Connectors.
•Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
