Summary:
This role focuses on designing and developing interactive learning experiences across multiple formats (ILT, VILT, eLearning) to enhance employee performance. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, develop curricula using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise, and apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theory to ensure effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Create dynamic content using eLearning and multimedia tools
Convert ILT content to self-paced formats
Develop curricula and instructional strategies for department and enterprise-wide initiatives
Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate learning outcomes
Manage LMS activities, assignments, and custom reports
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align content with business goals
Conduct presentations and support trainers with effective material usage
Qualifications:
3-5 years in instructional design or curriculum development
Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and LMS platforms
Strong grasp of ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles
Experience developing ILT, VILT, and self-paced content
Excellent skills in research, writing, collaboration, and presentation
