Full Job Description
Lee Enterprises is seeking inside sales professionals interested in working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This is a hybrid opportunity and will require one day per week in our Madison, WI office. As an Inside Sales professional, this high-profile role will be focused on selling print and online solutions to businesses seeking greater visibility in the recruitment vertical to fulfill employment needs. This is primarily an outbound role, and the strongest candidates will have a 'hunter' or self-starter mentality although it will be supplemented by a small existing book of business. This opportunity comes with a competitive base + bonus + commission. Commission is un-capped.
The successful candidate will use consultative selling skills, develop strong business relationships, enjoy working with a variety of people and be comfortable in a deadline-driven work environment while providing solutions that will positively impact your clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve Sales & Revenue Objectives
- Secure new and past clients through outbound efforts, pipeline management and cadence adherence
- Properly handle inbound leads and deliver solutions that will meet clients' needs.
- Strong and consistent follow-up to meet business needs and customer satisfaction.
- Create or attend job fairs relevant to the role.
- Contribute to a positive working environment.
- Demonstrate an ability to think creatively and communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Works with clients delivering accurate and timely solutions.
- Regularly manage client relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prior sales experience a must, preferably in the recruitment/staffing vertical
- Have a solid knowledge base of the digital media landscape and solutions and/or marketing background.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Well organized, detail-oriented and excellent follow-through.
- Have a dedicated and driven work ethic.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs - Outlook, Excel, Word.
- CRM experience preferred.
