Information Systems Communications Technician

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for people with the drive to learn and the passion to serve, and we welcome candidates with a range of education and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least four years’ job experience with support and troubleshooting corporate computer networks
• Associate’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with at least two years’ job experience with support or troubleshooting corporate computer network systems

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground tech professional, keeping our systems running like a well-oiled (and well-coded) machine:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT and communications systems at field sites, substations, and office locations
• Work with a variety of technology—field telecommunications, mobile hardware, office equipment, GIS tools, backup systems, and more
• Provide tech support for both hardware and software, wherever it's needed—from the office to the field
• Help protect systems through backup monitoring and cybersecurity best practices
