• We are seeking an experienced ERP Architect with a strong background in Infor LN and Baan Finance to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in ERP architecture and design, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
• This position involves leading the design and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.

• Lead the architecture and design of ERP solutions, focusing on alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Infor LN NorthStar to configure, implement, and optimize ERP systems, especially within finance and accounting modules.
• Collaborate with finance teams to translate their requirements into effective ERP solutions, supporting financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee the integration of ERP LN (NorthStar) with other business applications and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Provide guidance on customizations and optimizations to meet specific business needs, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure the ERP system meets organizational needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide updates, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the full ERP lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Promote best practices in ERP implementations and finance operations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support for ERP functionalities related to finance and other integrated modules.

• Over 10 years of experience in ERP architecture and design, specifically with Infor LN and Baan Finance.
• Strong understanding of finance functional expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
• Experience in system integration and the ability to oversee seamless data flow between ERP systems and other business applications.
• Ability to provide guidance on customizations and optimizations for high performance and scalability.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading full ERP lifecycle implementations.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to promote best practices in ERP implementations.
• Ability to provide effective training and support to end-users.
