2nd Shift

Work FOUR DAYS Per Week on 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.).

• We are looking for someone who has excellent functional and technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints/plannings/sketches for material prep and paint operations.
• Experience performing material prep.
• Paint Operations using a mechanical sprayer.
• Finishing
• Simple assembly operations within paint operations.
• Familiar with basic hand and inspection tools.
• Basic math and setup skills.
• Maintain paint equipment, mix paint, paint control.
• Perform stop-off at required areas per paint schematics, apply primer, and apply top coat to parts.
• Operate a paint sprayer (this is critical).
• Maintain paint booth and environmental logs.
• Perform surface preparation of component for final inspection, including sealing of bushings, stenciling, and application of corrosion preventatives.
• Execute minor polishing on major components for final inspection.
• Ability to independently perform all paint functions.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
