Independent Sales Representative (1099) - Home Care Services
Location: Missouri & Kansas (Remote / Field-Based)
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Desire In-Home Care is a licensed and approved home care agency serving 17 counties across Missouri and Kansas. We specialize in compassionate, quality care for seniors, elders, and individuals with disabilities. Our focus is on growing our Private Pay client base while continuing to support Medicaid recipients.

Top Services Offered:

  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming

  • Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping

  • Transportation and errand running

  • Companionship and social engagement

  • Assistance with mobility and transfers

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture a referral network targeting Private Pay clients within our licensed service area

  • Promote Desire In-Home Care's services to families, senior centers, hospitals, physicians, and community partners

  • Attend community events and networking opportunities to increase visibility

  • Educate prospects on the benefits of private pay home care services

  • Follow up on leads and coordinate smooth client onboarding with our internal team

  • Candidates familiar with Missouri and Kansas communities, especially in our licensed counties, are a plus

Compensation:

  • $18-$32/hour base depending on experience

  • PLUS 10-25% commission per referral (scaled) - no cap

  • Flexible, self-managed schedule

  • Independent 1099 contractor role
