JOB TITLE: Hybrid VBA Programmer
JOB LOCATION: Hybrid, 2-3 days on site in Hamilton (Trenton)
WAGE RANGE*: $48hr to $50hr
JOB NUMBER: 25-02614
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Develops queries, VBA Modules and procedures, and prepare reports with metric/data analysis based upon data related to the Managed Care Organizations (MS Access, MS Excel).
JOB DESCRIPTION
o Develops queries, VBA Modules and procedures, and prepare reports with metric/data analysis based upon data related to the Managed Care Organizations (MS Access, MS Excel).
o Designs and develops audit tools that can interface with existing data sources utilizing applications such as MS Excel, Access, or SQL database functions.
o Perform data audits utilizing developed business requirements.
o Monitor, review and analyze MCO provider networks to ensure access to care.
o Analyze MCO submitted reports and data.
o Ability to review data and reports for timeliness, accuracy, and provider network adequacy including point in time, across time, and/or across programs.
o Develops, prepares, and ensures all provider network analysis reports are completed accurately and timely.
o Track and monitor provider network terminations, perform impact/disruption analysis as necessary.
o Follow unit process for data integrity checks, issuance of correct actions plans or other documents within defined time frames.
o Produce and give presentations on analysis conducted.
o Provide data entry and review to meet unit needs.
o Utilizes State approved GIS (Geographic Information System) to perform the tasks as requested.
o Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, Etc.)
o Good working knowledge of GIS and Geocoding tools is a bonus.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong self-starter with time management skills.
o Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work.
o Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
o Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers.
