Our solutions team here at Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a temporary to hire Human Resources Assistant to join the team! This role is Hybrid in Boston, full time hours Monday through Friday, and paying between $24-26/hr depending on experience. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Helping to answer daily e-mails from the HR support inbox
Helping to submit forms to the appropriate issuing agency, scanning them and filing them electronically
Assisting the HR Representative with electronic filing, as needed
Supporting and assisting in the processing of E-Verify on a daily basis for newly hired temporary employees
Following up with recruiters for compliant paperwork/corrections to Form I-9/missing documents
Assisting with WOTC e-mail distribution and follow-up
Opening the mail and distributing amongst members of the HR, Accounting and Payroll team
Assisting with the creation of simple letters from a template
Maintaining compliance posters in all BHSG office locations
Assisting, as needed, with HR project work and other duties for the department

BASIC REQUIRED & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in an Administrative or Human Resources function/environment
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrates great sensitivity when working with highly confidential information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must in this role
Strong technical skill using the Microsoft Office Suite, required
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail needed
Customer service-oriented attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills
