A client of Innova Solutions is looking for a HR Program Specialist

Position type: Full-time - Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: Atlanta, GA

As a HR Program Specialist I, you will be:

Responsible for the daily operational functions of the HR Records & Retention team.
Responsible for the management of HR records inquiries initiated by Leadership, Employees, Legal and Retirees in partnership with our vendor Conduent.
Responsible for working with the ServiceNow technology platform as the case management tool used to receive and respond to record requests, employee questions and issues/escalations daily
Responsible for helps to deliver HR's execution of Record Retention policy to properly store records using ODM/DORS, inform, educate, and inspire proper record retention policies
Partners with HR Leaders and Cross-Divisional Leaders, Legal and SMEs to successfully fulfill record requests, resolve questions/concerns in a timely and expeditious manner.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $24- $26 Per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
