Job Title : Helpdesk Technician
Location: Miami, FL - On Site
Wage Range: 26-30

Job Description: Our client, a global bank, has an immediate opening for a Helpdesk Technician to work on site from their Miami, FL office. The Contractor will be a Helpdesk Technician assigned to provide Services to mobile devices. The Support specialist or mobile Technician will be working with mobile devices to install, repair, and maintain them. He may also help customers with device settings, apps, and cloud storage.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5 years of experience
- Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and update mobile devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Experience performing hardware and software upgrades
- Microsoft Intune Device Enrollments
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Experience helping customers with device settings, apps, and cloud storage
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Hours:
- The Service will be performed during Banco Santander Business hours with an expected workday of 7 hours for 40 days and for a period of 2 months
Duration:
- 2-month contract
Location:
- 5 days a week onsite at the BSI office in Miami, FL
