The Graphic Designer II will play a crucial role in elevating Swisher brands across all touchpoints, from packaging and point-of-sale materials to digital assets and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and eye-catching packaging designs that align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and target audience preferences
- Create 3D renderings and mock-ups to effectively communicate packaging concepts and gain stakeholder buy-in
- Manage packaging updates and revisions, including those related to new product launches, regulatory changes, and brand refreshes
- Design impactful and attention-grabbing POS displays, signage, and promotional materials, including pre-price displays, graphics, and edits
- Adapt existing POS materials for various promotions, campaigns, and seasonal events
- Create engaging digital assets, including website banners, graphics, social media content, email marketing materials, and digital advertisements
- Ensure brand consistency and visual hierarchy across all digital platforms
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand expression and visual identity
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and legal, to ensure project success and timely delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related fine arts field
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of print production processes, digital design principles, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
- A passion for design, a creative mindset, and a desire to continuously learn and grow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
