You'll support our Creative Directors by producing thoughtful, effective designs that connect with customers and support our brand goals. This is an individual contributor role on a growing team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to develop and execute creative concepts.
Design for digital and print channels, including email, web, and social media.
Contribute ideas through sketches, mood boards, and visual storytelling.
Participate in project kickoffs and ask questions to clarify goals and expectations.
Present your work with confidence and a collaborative mindset.
Balance multiple projects with varying timelines and priorities.
Take feedback positively and apply it to improve your work.
Stay organized and meet deadlines using our project management tools.
Be open to learning new tools and techniques as the work evolves.

Requirements:

A portfolio that shows your design skills (email design samples are a plus).
1-2 years of design experience (internships or freelance work count).
Experience designing for digital platforms.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in retail or eCommerce design.
Familiarity with working on well-known brands.

Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities):

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
Understanding of design principles like typography, layout, color, and branding.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to adapt.
