L2 Construction Services LLC is looking for Grade Foremen to add to our team! We are a locally owned and operated sitework and excavation company that has been servicing the Central VA area since 2011. We specialize in new construction commercial locations including work completed for Chesterfield County Public Schools, numerous residential communities, and commercial warehouse locations.

We are looking for candidates with experience as a Grade Foreman who are capable of effectively leading their team of equipment operators and laborers, is experienced in heavy equipment operation and reading grade lines with and without the assistance of GPS, who posses the leadership and time management skills to meet job completion deadlines, and who have effective communication skills to coordinate materials deliveries and collaborate with subcontractors on site. 

Job Duties:

-Day to day management of your crew

-Heavy equipment operation (excavators, graders, dozers, loaders, rollers, articulated haul trucks,  compactors)

-Completion of all required documentation turned into the office at designated times (weekly timecards, receipts, etc.)  

-Direct weekly safety meetings (topics provided by office) 

-Attend preconstruction meetings

Compensation:

-$65,000-$95,000 yearly based on experience and performance
