Gifting Strategist
Position Overview
The Gifting Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing innovative gifting strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive brand loyalty. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create impactful campaigns and leveraging market insights to identify gifting opportunities that align with customer preferences and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute gifting strategies that align with company objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Experience in, deep knowledge of, and passion for the global retail or e-commerce B2C industry
- Conduct market research to identify gifting trends and customer preferences.
- Manage relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored gifting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch successful gifting campaigns.
- Analyze data and trends to measure the effectiveness of gifting initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support brand development efforts by integrating gifting into overall marketing strategies.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights to refine gifting offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in a strategy or customer experience function
- Proven experience in client relationship management and customer engagement.
- Strong skills in market research and trend analysis.
- Experience in strategic planning and campaign management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
