• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
• Active Georgia optometry license (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date)
• Strong clinical skills in comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and ocular disease management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both patients and team members
• Ability to work independently and make confident clinical decisions
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, compassionate care
• Comfortable using modern diagnostic equipment and electronic health records (EHR)
