· Job Description:
o Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications to support the clients business operations.
o Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
o Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
o Enhance the client’s risk management technology by configuring and integrating various systems.
o Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
· Must Have Technologies / Skills:
o Java: Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot).
o JavaScript: Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
o Python: Ideal for backend development and scripting.
o SharePoint: Knowledge of SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
o Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS and Azure for deploying and managing applications.
o Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration.
o CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
o Database Management: Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DB2, Neo4J).
· Nice-to-Have Skills:
o JavaScript/ Java EE: Additional experience with JavaScript frameworks.
o Financial Background: Understanding of financial systems and regulations.
o Scrum/Agile Certification: Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
o Calibre Experience: Experience with Calibre for data quality and governance.
