Your Day-to-Day as a Guest Services Agent:
You're the heartbeat of our front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while delivering world-class service. Here's how you'll contribute:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and special requests
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front desk area
- Coordinate daily arrivals and departures, ensuring guest needs are met
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Process transactions, manage cash floats, and prepare shift reports
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and security issues, directing them to management as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and health standards to keep our guests and team safe
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service
What We're Looking For:
We're searching for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with:
- A high school diploma or GED (or currently working toward one)
- Customer service or hotel front desk experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems (experience with PMS systems is a plus!)
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- A flexible schedule - weekends, holidays, and evening shifts included
