Responsibilities
The Fleet Feet Training x Chicago Endurance Sports Hydration Operations Staff will be the go-to person for operating and deploying Saturday hydration stations during our summer training season (6/7/25 - 10/4/25. This position helps foster and develop the Fleet Feet community through positive interactions and involvement with athletes, pacers, and coaches. - Produce and implement the set-up and break-down of our Saturday aid station(s) for our Old Town (OT) training location - Expectations for working hours: - Primary (Saturdays): - Start: 6am, pick up van to be set up by 6:45 am - End times vary from 9 am to 12 pm based on long run mileage - Additional Potential Opportunity: Substitute shifts on Sundays, 6:30am pick up van to be set up by 7 am in Lincoln Square (end times vary) - They take photos or videos during their shift and upload them to the CES Google Drive when they are finished for social media use. - Represent and speak on behalf of Fleet Feet Training x CES while conducting their responsibilities. - Provide a positive participant experience during the training program and provide customer service with an emphasis on problem-solving. - Other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements: Hours of work for this position may vary based on work schedule. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
