Job Description

We are looking for Flat Rate Body Shop Technicians and Painters to grow within our dealership family.

Qualifications

• Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely, and correctly to pass quality inspections.
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate directly with advisor/manager regarding the status of the repair work.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques.
• Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plan repair process.
• Work and communicate with others on vehicle repair status.
• Perform quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail oriented and quality driven.
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
