Volt is immediately hiring a Fixture Engineering Technician in Fremont, CA 94538

In This Role, your responsibilities will be for:

Duties:

Fixture Engineering Technician is responsible for installing ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) chains, maintaining and repairing equipment & cables, and supporting Fixture Engineers in the setup and maintenance of test stations.
Regularly inspecting production equipment such as ServerLIFT, Big Joe E30s, and manual pallet jacks to ensure optimal performance.
Repair and maintain production equipment and cables for test stations.
Assist Fixture Engineers with setting up test stations.
Organize and maintain tools in the Fixture Engineering (FE) cabinet.
Manage and update FE spare part list inventory.

Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Proactive and willing to learn.

Education and Experience:

Experience with equipment installation.
Experience with maintenance.
Experience with troubleshooting mechanical.

Duration: 3 months(possible extensions)
Shift: 1st shift
Pay Range: $22.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.
