Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for Financial Planning and Analysis

Position type: Full Time, Contract
Duration: 8+ months
Location: Lenexa, KS, 66219
Shift : 7:00am - 4:00 pm (M-F)

As a Financial Planning and Analysis, you will:
  • Key POC between finance, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, CSR, shipping, receiving, and digital tech for data flow, process realignment, and QA compliance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot JDE system transactions for accurate financial data processing.
  • Resolve discrepancies in inventory, work orders, invoicing, cost allocations, and tracking.
  • Align financial processes with operational workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights in TIER meetings on labor costs, material variances, and work order discrepancies.
  • Identify cost drivers, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate for improvements.
  • Oversee finance processes and resolve discrepancies in reports, journal entries, and transfers
  • Spot audit journal entries, work order closing, and cycle counts for accuracy.
  • Ensure proper cost flow into accounts and communicate with sister sites.
  • Perform reconciliation and analysis to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Support payroll/PTO/timekeeping and provide reconciliation backup.
  • Assist with month-end journal entries and financial reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy in cost allocations and financial close processes.
  • Coordinate with sister sites and ensure smooth ERP system transitions..

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance or related field)or at least 15+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience in finance, payroll, cost analysis
  • MRO operation experience.
  • Strong understanding of journal entries, financial auditing, SOX, work order reconciliation
  • Proficient in JDE, Excel, and financial reporting tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies and work independently in a fast-paced environment

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50.00 to $55.00/per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
