Job Description:

Title: Facilities Technician II

Location: ONSITE in Redmond, WA or Kirkland, WA

Pay: $23/hour

Duration: 6 month contract to start

Shift: Working 4 tens with 2 rotations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven electromechanical device troubleshooting experience and maintaining industrial machinery.
Hands-on expertise in preventative maintenance and mechanical systems.
Hands-on experience working with vacuum systems (thermo vacuum chambers is a plus!)
Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production.
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or certificate in a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years working in a manufacturing environment troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical equipment
Experience assembling and commissioning custom machinery including compressors, refrigeration systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, CNC’s, process chilled water and LN2 systems
Advanced Mechanical ability in Refrigeration troubleshooting, compressed air troubleshooting, and Specialized Test Equipment troubleshooting experience
Can read, interpret, and explain in detail mechanical drawings related to troubleshooting while understanding basic electrical, basic controls, and utilization of tools to confirm through to repairs
Experience setting up and maintaining a workshop in a development and high speed production environment
Operations of manual Vertical Mills, Lathes, band saws, drill presses, and other common machines used in a maintenance department supporting production environment
Ability to work across teams to develop clear and concise communications in both verbal and written forms
Experience with rigging and lifting operations
