Experience: 3+ years in property apartment maintenance technician

• EPA Certification
• HVAC Apartment Experience

Broad Management Group is looking for a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to help keep our multifamily property in top shape. You'll handle everything from HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to painting, carpentry, and groundskeeping. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and the property's appearance and safety.

Key Property Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance & Repairs
• Handle service requests, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep.
• Painting & Carpentry
• Repair doors, trim, cabinets; patch and paint walls; install or fix flooring.
• Grounds & Exterior
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, clear debris/snow, and maintain curb appeal.
• Safety & Inspections
• Conduct regular property checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Recordkeeping
• Track completed work, materials used, and communicate updates to management.

What You'll Need Property Maintenance Technician:

• EPA Certification
• HVAC Apartment Experience
• 3+ years in maintenance, construction, or related trade
• Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks
• Good communication and professionalism with residents and staff
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies
• Must wear company-provided uniform

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: 8-hour shifts + on-call rotation
