Our client, a global SaaS client, is looking for a REMOTE Executive Presentation Strategist / Designer. This FULLY-REMOTE contract starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate, and will continue (up to 40 hours per week) for at least 3 months with the potential to extend.
This role requires working in the Central time zone. If in the Dallas area, this role will benefit from occasional in-person meeting with internal teams and executives.
In direct collaboration with C-suite executives and brand leadership, the Executive Presentation Strategist will develop executive presentations from scratch or reimagine existing templates for client pitches, internal events and large conferences. This role demands a keen ability to uphold brand integrity while proactively and confidently driving innovative and forward-thinking design solutions for each presentation deck.
Executive Presentation Strategist Responsibilities
- Consult with C-suite executives and brand leaders on the visual / content direction, goals, purpose and flow of each presentation project
- Distill provided content for presentations
- Design presentations to make them visually elegant, appealing and brand-compliant for executive and high-profile audiences
- Create graphics, charts, graphs, etc. and occasional minimal animations to appropriately visualize data and select information
- Develop and implement strategy for content flow and storytelling
- Partner with and guide on-staff writers to develop presentation copy
- Proactively set up and follow up on collaboration calls and meetings with SMEs and internal teams to capture needed content
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve content and design
- Attend (infrequent) early morning meetings to collaborate with global internal teams
- Diligently work in Wrike project management system to manage presentation project workflows
Executive Presentation Strategist Requirements
- Strong consultative work experience with C-suite executives
- Portfolio showcasing elegant and branded executive-level presentations
- Experience with presentation content strategy and graphic element design
- Highly polished and professional as will be working with different levels of teams, all the way to executive
- Experience managing projects within a project management tool such as Wrike or similar
- Own computer and PowerPoint software
