Responsible for day-to-day operations & coordination of multiple resort dining outlets and overall success of the F&B Department Plan, direct or supervise food preparation or cooking activities. Supervise or coordinate activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation. Coordinate planning, budgeting or purchasing for all food operations. Determine how food should be presented. Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions. Work with other personnel to plan and develop recipes or menus. Check quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure standards are met. Estimate amounts & costs of required supplies. Recruit & hire staff. Experience Required.
