Summary:

The Event Experience Specialist is responsible for assisting the Event Experience team and Track President in the strategic development and implementation of new and existing major events.

Responsibilities:

Support marketing efforts related to events, including assisting with promotional materials, social media engagement, and event branding.
Provide administrative support for event preparation and logistics.
Assist the Event Experience Department in all areas of event planning and event activation
Collaborate with other departments prior to and during event execution
Engage with guests, enhancing the overall event experience through customer service and operational support.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of all event activities.
Perform other duties as assigned related to event preparation, operations, or guest services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Associate’s degree or 2+ years into bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends as required
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills; the ability to work effectively with staff and volunteers; display superior judgement and diplomatic skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment to excellence, self-motivation, and professionalism; Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks with organization and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, and experience working with databases
Hold a valid Driver’s License
True team player and collaborator
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Minimum 18 years of age
Reliable transportation to and from the track location
